New integration for Evolv White

Automated audit platform Evolv White has entered into a new integration partnership with tech firm InfoTrack that will give users access to a new range of documents.

Specifically, the deal means practitioners will now be able to order land title and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) company searches directly via the Evolv White platform during an audit.

The Evolv platform will then have any search documents and costs returned to it in real time.

“Being able to order directly from the platform is a big time saver, it’s all about making the process quick, easy and accurate,” InfoTrack business solutions manager Andrew Wing said while commenting on the new initiative.

“Auditors no longer need to log in to multiple platforms, re-key data and manually import results. It makes sense that this automation is now being delivered into the super audit process by Evolv White.”

Also speaking about the new development, Evolv director of technology Dana Kinghorn said the new integration was another element of the Evolv White value proposition.

“Ordering searches manually is a cumbersome process sometimes taking days to flow between divisions and without certainty of disbursement recovery,” Kinghorn said.

“Now, seamless automation provides almost real-time document delivery.”

According to Kinghorn, the new arrangement reflects the functionality Evolv White users demand during the audit process, such as providing consistency, reducing risk, delivering time savings, and a level of assured quality.
